The opportunity

EMIS Group is one of the largest healthcare technology providers in the UK, and over the past 10 years has grown its market share through a unique product offering, natural growth and acquisitions.

The forming of a group executive team brought with it the desire to build the wider businesses capability further now and the future, with a renewed focus on people development.

A 6-month flagship leadership development programme, designed and delivered for over 250 managers across the group. The programme covered:

 The programme was delivered across different parts of the UK as well as India and achieved a 96% approval rate.
